Welcome to the Neighborhood Information and Community Exchange

Neighborhood Information and Community Exchange (NICE):  Below you will find links to share a resource you have or look for a resource you need, teach what you know or look for a teacher, and post what you want to learn how to do or look for someone who needs your help.  All exchanges are done at no cost to those involved, which means that no money shall be exchanged. The focus is on gaining a sense of community and gaining relationships, instead of making money.

Join us in the effort to go “back to basics” when being part of the community and helping out was just a part of everyday life.

Teach

NICE Teach

What do you have to offer to help others grow? Do you know how to play the guitar?  Are you savvy with technology? Are you willing to share how to preserve those apples with others? Do you know how to cook Vegan?

Start here to post your ideas of things you are willing to teach, as well as search to see a list of topics your neighbors would like to learn!

Grow

Are you looking to grow and expand your knowledge?  Perhaps your grandchildren bought you an iPad and you want help to learn how to use it? Maybe your 10 year old wants to play guitar?

Search here for teachers to help you grow!  If you can’t find a teacher for what you are looking for, post what you want to learn!

Share

Do you have a free resource that you are willing to share? Are you searching for something special at no cost to you?  Perhaps your company just bought a projector and you’re willing to share it to help a local company or group grow? Do you have a prom dress or football cleats you’re willing to give?

Post what you are looking for, or search here to see if others have just what you need!

We are grateful for our funders.
